Healthy Weight
There are two ways to think about weight: One is how it influences your looks. Another is how it influences your health. A healthy weight meets three conditions:
If your weight is not “healthy”, set reasonable weight goals and try for long-term success through better eating habits and more exercise.Your weight falls within the range on the table below:
