Meat Kiev - RisolesIngredients1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp water
Bread crumbs

Skin:
2 eggs
150 gram flour
500 cc milk
1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
1 chopped onion
1 cup minced meat
1/2 cup diced carrot
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp flour
Pepper
SugarPreparation
- Mix all skin ingredients using a mixer. Fry on the griddle to make 15 layers.
- Stir fry onion, add carrots and the meat, then the milk. Add the spices and thicken with flour. Stir well.
- Put mixture in the fried layers of batter. Fold and set aside. Mix beaten egg with water. Roll folded Meat Kiev in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil.
